When Booking online or directly
Please note that by booking on our website or directly through reception, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy whereby any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee as we may not be able to offer that appointment to another patient. Therefore by booking, be aware that you agree to pay all fees due to Back on Track Healthcare for services and any items supplied.
Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee.
Please complete the screening form we send you 24 hours before your appointment.
So that we don’t put our practitioners and other patients at risk, please bring your own mask with you and if you are feeling at all unwell, please do NOT come to the clinic.
If, using private medical insurance to cover your treatment, please get an authorisation code from your provider that links to the specific practitioner. Any shortfall in payment or excess will be due directly from the patient.
If you’re not sure about anything please call our friendly receptionists on: 020 8545 0965.
Just so that you are aware, there are a few changes in the clinic at the moment, to keep bugs at bay! Here’s what you might notice:
- We will continue sanitising surfaces regularly.
- You will need to bring and wear your own mask unless exempt. Our staff will be wearing a mask to protect you. Please protect them as well by wearing yours.
- Please respect the 2m social distancing requests where possible and arrive alone if you can, so we minimise the number of people in the clinic at any one time.
- Try to book online if possible. We can still take telephone bookings, but it helps us if you book and pay online.
- You will need to complete the screening form we email you 24 hours before your appointment.
All this is to help you and us stay safe, efficient and happy. And pain-free, of course!
