Naeema began her working career in the City, but after five years and feeling unfulfilled she travelled around India, realising her hobby of yoga could become her calling. She qualified as a yoga teacher in 2000 with the Yoga Alliance, then completed diplomas in massage and reflexology. In 2008 she trained for three years in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. Acupuncture is now the main focus of her work, but she often combines therapies to tailor treatment plans. Having worked at several Nuffield Healthcare sites for over 15 years, she is now focused on private practice at Back on Track Healthcare. Naeema takes a holistic approach, helping guide patients towards a more balanced lifestyle through exercise and diet, and using her knowledge of multiple therapies to offer treatment suited to each client.
