Our Practices are open for treatment...

As a primary healthcare provider and essential service with established infection control and full health and safety measures in place we are able to continue to offer our essential services throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic. Public Health England are keen that practices like ours remain open to help relieve additional pressure on the NHS.

The health & wellbeing of our patients & staff continues to remain our highest priority and, as we have been since the pandemic hit, we are continuing to implement extra special precautions to maintain the highest levels of safety and hygiene, including PPE, a pre-appointment triage questionnaire, safety screens, clean air filters, altered appointment timings and a full regime of cleaning and sanitising surfaces between patients.

Given the current situation with Covid-19, we are still offering video consultations for vulnerable and shielding cases as well as face to face appointments for those preferring hands-on treatment.

If you are wondering which service is most appropriate for you, then please call us on 020 8545 0965 and we can guide you appropriately.

Wishing you a happy and healthy summer and looking forward to hearing from you soon.

IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19, NEW COUGH, TEMPERATURE, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL, UNEXPLAINED RASH – OR HAVE MET ANYONE WHO HAS WITHIN 14 DAYS – PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A TREATMENT AND CANCEL YOUR BOOKING IF YOU SUBSEQUENTLY DEVELOP SYMPTOMS.

The track and trace system is run by the government to manage contacts of people who have tested positive with covid-19 and we wish to make you aware that we have a legal requirement to release your basic contact details (name, address, email and phone number) if required by a government contact tracer. This overrides the GDPR requirement.
