If not at Back on Track Healthcare you would find me running around with my 2 young boys, out walking in our beautiful local woodlands and when permitted, curled up with a good book.

Sarah graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now the University College of Osteopathy) in 2008 after completing the 4 year full time degree programme and having worked previously as a microbiologist following on from her first degree from the University of Liverpool.

Sarah discovered Osteopathy after backpacking around the world and returning home full of aches after too many months of heavy bags, bad beds and cramped buses and planes!  A few osteopathic treatments made a world of difference and she was hooked.

She has a strong scientific background and a keen interest in healthcare and was thrilled to find a profession that embraced these passions and allowed her to work with a variety of people.  Sarah’s osteopathic interests are diverse and she enjoys treating all manner of conditions and the person that goes along with them but her focus is on care of the older person and having 2 young children of her own, also care of pregnant women.

Sarah has worked at the Woking clinic since 2009 and continues to enjoy being part of the Back on Track team.

What patients say about me:

Sarah has extensive knowledge and healing hands. She always listens to what’s been going on and locates the source of the issue whilst relieving the discomfort. The treatment doesn’t end inside the clinic, Sarah often suggests adjustments/exercises to reduce future issues. I will always go to Sarah with any aches or twinges as I know I’ll leave feeling revitalised.
Jane Ellender
“Sarah has been treating me for a long-standing painful condition for about 4 years now. I find her to be a very friendly, kind and caring person. With her knowledge and professionalism, she manages ‘to sort me out every time’. I would also like to add that during this pandemic, her adherence to health and safety precautions are second to none and I should know, coming from a background in the operating theatres.
Nicki Morris
“I have been a regular patient of Sarah’s since 2014 during which time she has proved to be a competent professional in combination with a pleasant, caring attitude. I would (and have) thoroughly recommend others to her and may she look after my aches and pains for years to come. Allan Morris “
