By booking an appointment, either online or through reception, you agree to these terms, including our cancellation policy and payment terms.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. If you are using private medical insurance, it is your responsibility to obtain the correct authorisation code for your treatment and ensure it applies to the specific practitioner. Any excess or shortfall not covered by your insurer remains your responsibility.
To support safe and effective care, you may be asked to complete a screening or intake form prior to your appointment. It is important that all information provided is accurate and up to date.
If you are feeling unwell or unable to attend your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible to rearrange. This helps us protect both patients and staff and allows us to offer your appointment to someone else.
We aim to provide a professional, safe and comfortable environment at all times. Our practitioners are fully qualified, insured and registered with their respective governing bodies, and all treatment is delivered in line with professional standards.
While we take all reasonable steps to provide effective care, outcomes can vary between individuals. Treatment plans are tailored to each person and may involve a combination of manual therapy, exercise and advice.
