Following Stephen Beaver’s retirement in April 2026, we are pleased to confirm that Holly Jordan, Simon Grayling and Lara Last have joined the team at Back on Track Healthcare in Wimbledon. Back On Track Healthcare Wimbledon is situated on Merton Park Parade. Next to Waffle Jacks and across from Nelson Medical Practice which is just off Kingston Road, near the Nelson Hospital. Buses 152, 163, 164 and K5 all pass en route from Wimbledon mainline and District line station and South Wimbledon (Northern Line) Tube station. Merton Park Tram stop and Wimbledon Chase Thameslink station are 2 minutes walk away along Kingston Road.
